Drawing God

A kindergarten teacher was observing her classroom of children while they drew. She would occasionally walk around to see each child's artwork. As she got to one little girl who was working diligently, she asked what the drawing was.

The girl replied, "I'm drawing God." The teacher paused and said, "But no one knows what God looks like."

Without missing a beat, or looking up from her drawing the girl replied, "They will in a minute."

Happy Birthday!

Today is my Fiancee's birthday. What a wonderful woman and mother. She has always been there for me. I wanted to take a moment out of my day to let her know that I love her. God has brought us together and he will guide us as a family. I thank God that his plan brought us together and I hope we can honor him.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.

Ruth 1:16-17
But Ruth said, "Do not urge me to leave you or turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.
"Where you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. Thus may the LORD do to me, and worse, if anything but death parts you and me."

Happy Mother's Day

My first post on my new blog. First and foremost I must thank God for all he has provided me in my life. Maria <- my Fiancee... Happy Mother's day! I know I was not able to be with you in Toronto today but my heart is there. I miss you and the girls so much. Soon we will all be together. I also want to wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day. I am glad that I had my first posting on Mother's Day. I have 4 wonderful women in my life. Maria, Mia, Melissa and my little bug bug Kendall. I have been through many things in my travels through life and God has always been there for me even when I have not been there for him. I want to share my experiences, give some advice and I hope it will help out someone one day.

Kendall I love you - Maria please hug the girls for me - I love you
